Senior Rabbi means the Senior Rabbi as described by his appointment;
Senior Rabbi means the Person selected as the Society’s senior rabbi as described in Part 15;

  • Senior Secured Credit Facility means the Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of May 31, 2017 by and among the Company and Western Alliance Bank (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, subject to the limitations herein).
