Senior Scale definition

Senior Scale means the senior scale sanctioned to the teacher as per the recommendations of the University Grants Commission and accepted by the Government and the University, from time to time;

  • Pay of incumbent Assistant Directors of Physical Education (Senior Scale)/ College DPE (Senior Scale) shall be fixed in Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 at an appropriate stage in the AGP of Rs. 7000, as per the 'fixation formula' of the 6:h CPC.

  • After completing service of five years in the Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 with the AGP of Rs. 7000 and subject to satisfying other eligibility conditions laid down by the AICTE, Assistant Director of Physical Education (Senior Scale)/ College DPE (Senior Scale) shall move to AGP of Rs. 8000 in the Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100.

Related to Senior Scale

  • Senior Stock means any class or series of stock of the Company now existing or hereafter authorized which has preference or priority over the Series F Preferred Stock as to the payment of dividends or in the distribution of assets on any voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company.

  • Senior Facilities means the Credit Agreement and any Additional Senior Debt Facilities.

  • Senior Securities means senior securities (as such term is defined and determined pursuant to the Investment Company Act and any orders of the SEC issued to the Borrower thereunder).

  • Senior means a person seventy years old or older.

  • Junior Financing Documentation means any documentation governing any Junior Financing.

  • Permitted Unsecured Refinancing Debt means unsecured Indebtedness Incurred by any Credit Party in the form of one or more series of senior, senior subordinated or subordinated unsecured notes, bonds, debentures or loans; provided that (a) such Indebtedness satisfies the applicable requirements set forth in the provisos in the definition of “Credit Agreement Refinancing Indebtedness” and (b) such Indebtedness is not at any time guaranteed by any Persons other than Persons that are Guarantors.

  • Senior citizen means that term as defined in section 514.

  • Senior Secured Parties means the Credit Agreement Secured Parties and any Additional Senior Debt Parties.
