Upon the resignation or termination of a member of the Senior Staff, or where the Council determines for any reason that a Senior Staff Person should be appointed, the Council will appoint a Search Committee to recruit, screen, and make recommendation to the Council on an appropriate candidate to fill the Senior Staff position.
