Sensitive Documents definition

Sensitive Documents means documents classified as "Top Secret", "Secret" or "Confidential" on account of the sensitivity of their content in conformity with the rules adopted by the institution concerned.

Examples of Sensitive Documents in a sentence

  • Such work product, security arrangements, and/or detailed plans and drawings are herein referenced as Sensitive Document(s).

  • Without limiting the foregoing, it is expressly understood and agreed that Sensitive Document(s) is not limited to documents related to this Agreement and includes any and all documents herein described concerning any facility of the Owner regardless of the type of facility and regardless of the manner in which the Company acquired possession of such documents.

  • Sensitive Documents must be kept within the confines of the Remote Office and the number of people who have access to the Remote Office, the computer or Company Equipment or views of the computer screen, must be limited.

  • All Sensitive Documents must be password-protected when transferring them via the internet outside of VPN.

  • Passwords must always be used to prevent unauthorized access to Computer Equipment and Sensitive Documents.

  • From and after the Execution Date, Pfizer will not grant any Third Party the authority to rely upon or otherwise use the Sensitive Documents for the purpose of obtaining approval of a NDA.

  • Additionally, unless the Remote Office allows for safe storage of Sensitive Documents, family members, friends other non-Company individuals may have access to them.

Related to Sensitive Documents

  • Transactional Agreements means: (a) the Agreement; (b) the Assignment and Assumption Agreement; (c) the Voting Agreements; (d) the Credit Agreement; (e) the Patent License Agreement; (f) the Patent Standstill Agreement; and (g) the Stay Orders.

  • Definitive Documents means the documents listed in Section 3.01.

  • Transaction Agreements means the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Debentures, the Joint Escrow Instructions, the Security Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, and the Warrants and includes all ancillary documents referred to in those agreements.

  • Bidding Documents means all documents provided to the interested bidders to facilitate them in preparation of their bids in uniform manner;

  • Constitutive Documents means the Trust Deed or such other documents as defined in the Regulations.
