Sensitive Documents definition

Sensitive Documents means documents classified as "Top Secret", "Secret" or "Confidential" on account of the sensitivity of their content in conformity with the rules adopted by the institution concerned.
Sensitive Documents as used herein is defined as:

  • Such work product, security arrangements, and/or detailed plans and drawings are herein referenced as Sensitive Document(s).

Related to Sensitive Documents

  • Transactional Agreements means: (a) the Agreement; (b) the Assignment and Assumption Agreement; (c) the Voting Agreements; (d) the Credit Agreement; (e) the Patent License Agreement; (f) the Patent Standstill Agreement; and (g) the Stay Orders.

  • Definitive Documents means the documents listed in Section 3.01.

  • Transaction Agreements means the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Debentures, the Joint Escrow Instructions, the Security Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, and the Warrants and includes all ancillary documents referred to in those agreements.
