Sensitive Heritage Information definition

Sensitive Heritage Information means culturally restricted information about Aboriginal Sites or any other items of Aboriginal Heritage, provided by the Aboriginal Consultants during the course of or in relation to a Survey, including where such information is contained in any Survey Report.

Related to Sensitive Heritage Information

  • Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.

  • DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).

  • Sensitive Data means a category of personal data that includes:

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Citizens Confidential Information means all information, data, and documentation, whether marked as confidential or not, disclosed to Vendor in the course of this Agreement that is either: (a) Protected under any applicable state or federal law (including Chapter 119, Florida Statutes; Sections 501.171, and 627.351(6), Florida Statutes; Chapter 69O-128, Florida Administrative Code; and, 15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.); (b) private information concerning Citizens’ employees or policyholders (including social security numbers, personal health information, personal credit information, banking information, drivers’ license numbers, personal email addresses, personal phone numbers, and home addresses); or, (c) related to any Citizens’ manuals, lists, operating and other systems or programs, business practices or procedures, insurance policies, claimants or claims, or any business, governmental, and regulatory matters affecting Citizens. “Citizens Confidential Information” does not include any information, data or documentation that: (a) is publicly available through no fault of Vendor or Vendor Staff; or, (b) Vendor developed independently without relying in any way on Citizens Confidential Information.

  • Confidential personal information means any and all information or data protected by Privacy Laws, including (without limitation) information or data that: (a) is personal information or information about an identifiable individual (as more particularly defined in the applicable Privacy Laws) that was collected, used, disclosed or accessible to such party; or (b) is information from which an individual or individual’s identity can be ascertained either from the information itself or by combining the information with information from other sources available to the parties.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Competitively Sensitive Information means non-public information and data specific to a utility customer which the utility acquired or developed in the course of its provision of utility services. This includes, without limitation, information about which customers have or have not chosen to opt out of community choice aggregation service. (See D.97-12-088, App. A, Part I.D.)

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Price Sensitive Information means any information which relates, directly or indirectly, to a company and which if published is likely to materially affect the price of securities of the company.

  • Authority's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Authority, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Confidential communication means a communication not intended to be disclosed to third persons other than those to whom disclosure is in furtherance of the rendition of professional legal services to the client or those reasonably necessary for the transmission of the communication.

  • Confidential Information means all information, facts, data and any other matters of which I acquire knowledge, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my EMA Activities.

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Transparency Information means the content of this Contract in its entirety, including from time to time agreed changes to the Contract, and details of any payments made by the Authority to the Contractor under the Contract;

  • Exempt Information means any information or class of information (including but not limited to any document, report, Agreement or other material containing information) relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to the Provider, which potentially falls within an exemption to FOIA (as set out therein);

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Personally Identifiable Financial Information means any information a consumer provides to a party in order to obtain a financial product or service, any information a party otherwise obtains about a consumer in connection with providing a financial product or service to that consumer, and any information about a consumer resulting from any transaction involving a financial product or service between a party and a consumer. Personally Identifiable Financial Information may include, without limitation, a consumer’s first and last name, physical address, zip code, e-mail address, phone number, Social Security number, birth date, account number and any information that identifies, or when tied to the above information may identify, a consumer.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • Employee Information means for each Divestiture Clinic Employee, to the extent permitted by law, the following information summarizing the employment history of each employee that includes:

  • Confidential or Proprietary Information means any secret, confidential or proprietary information of the Company or an affiliate (not otherwise included in the definition of a Trade Secret under this Employment Agreement) that has not become generally available to the public by the act of one who has the right to disclose such information without violation of any right of the Company or its affiliates.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.
