  • The Contractor shall assist and cooperate with the Authority to enable the Authority to publish the Transparency Information.

After the expiry of the Contract period no new Demand Orders will be issued. Demand Orders issued within the Contract period may be delivered after the expiry of the Contract. Should the option years (01 July 2015 to 30 June 2016 and 01 July 2016 to 30 June 2017) be taken up, the Contractor shall be advised and prices for this period shall be offered/agreed no less than 3 months before the end of the contracted period. ESTIMATED REQUIREMENTS The quantities shown against the products listed at Annex A to the Schedule of Requirements are estimated quantities only. The Authority shall not be bound to order any quantities, to receive quantities other than those already demanded, or to pay for quantities other than those accepted by the Authority’s Project Manager. ORDERING PROCESS Demand Orders shall be issued to the Contractor by an Authorised Demander on the appropriate demand form. Each demand will include the following information: the Contract Number; the delivery destination/timescale; the type/quantity of product required The Authority shall only be liable for products supplied against properly completed Demand Orders nominated by an Authorised Demander. Orders may be placed throughout the period of the Contract; however The Authority shall not be bound to commit itself to issuing orders on a regular basis. Acknowledgements of orders should be submitted by the Contractor to the Authority’s Authorised Demander within 2 working days of receipt of the order. PACKAGING The articles are to be packaged to agreed Industry Standard Packaging in accordance with the requirements of DEFCON 129 and shall be suitable for transportation, distribution and use including subsequent storage in covered unheated stores.
