Separate Services definition

Separate Services. The requested Services to be rendered and chargeable to an individual County pursuant to Section 13.
Separate Services. Services which are related to the System(s), obtained by Counties from the Primary Project Vendor, or other Project vendors.
Separate Services means the implementation, customization or Support Services which may be provided by Entegrata under an Order.

Examples of Separate Services in a sentence

  • If Contractor discovers or is apprised by a County that Services will impact or require changes to software which Contactor developed through Separate Services, Contractor will promptly notify the affected Counties.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in separate Change Request, Contractor shall utilize the same standards for Separate Services and provide the same type of applicable Documentation as set forth in written Specifications unless otherwise directed by the requesting County.

Related to Separate Services

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Corporate Services Agreement means the Corporate Services Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Borrower and the Services Provider, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.
