The General Resolution also permits the Authority to issue bonds, notes, or any other obligations under another and separate resolution to finance a Separately Financed Project.
Separately Financed Project shall mean any project described as such in the Resolution.

Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.

Wastewater Treatment Works means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes, and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "waste treatment plant" or "wastewater treatment plant" or "pollution control plant".
Other Securitization Trust Any “issuing entity” (within the meaning of Item 1101(f) of Regulation AB) that holds a Serviced Companion Loan or successor REO Companion Loan (or any portion thereof or interest therein), as identified in writing to the parties to this Agreement.
