Series 2017 Note definition

Series 2017 Note means promissory note delivered by the Borrower pursuant to the provisions of the Series 2017 Loan Agreement.
Series 2017 Note means the Capital Improvement Revenue Note, Series 2017 authorized by Section 4 hereof, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit “A”, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference;
Series 2017 Note has the meaning specified in the Series 2017 Loan Agreement. “Series 2017 Rebate Fund” means the fund of the same name established by the Indenture held by the Trustee for the sole benefit of the United States of America for the purpose of complying with Section 148 of the Code and the Treasury Regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. Funds in the Series 2017 Rebate Fund shall be used to make rebate payments to the United States of America.

  • Nothing herein, in the Series 2017 Note, in the Indenture, in the Series 2017 Bonds, in the Financing Documents or in the Security Documents shall constitute an indebtedness of the Issuer or a multiple-fiscal year obligation of the Issuer within the meaning of any provisions of the State Constitution or the laws of the State.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.
