Dividends shall accumulate from the first day of any Series A Dividend Period to but excluding the immediately succeeding Series A Dividend Payment Date.
On any Series A Dividend Payment Date for which dividends are not paid in full upon the shares of Series A Preferred Stock and any Parity Stock, all dividends declared upon shares of Series A Preferred Stock and any Parity Stock for payment on such Series A Dividend Payment Date shall be declared on a proportionate basis.
