Series A Qualifying Sale Senior Stock definition

Series A Qualifying Sale Senior Stock means any outstanding series of Preferred Stock provided or fixed pursuant to the provisions of the Certificate of Incorporation ranking senior to the Series A Preferred Stock as to a Qualifying Merger. As of the Series A Original Issue Date, there is no Series A Qualifying Sale Senior Stock.
Series A Qualifying Sale Senior Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c).
