Series A Senior Subordinated Notes definition

Series A Senior Subordinated Notes means the Borrower's ______% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2006 as in effect on the Initial Borrowing Date and as the same may be modified, supplemented or amended from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof.

  • 2014 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$399,517,000 of 10.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2014 issued pursuant to the 2014 Note Indenture.
