Series B Preferred Current Criteria definition

Series B Preferred Current Criteria means the equity credit criteria of a Rating Agency for securities such as the Series B Preferred Units, as such criteria are in effect as of the Series B Preferred Original Issue Date.

Related to Series B Preferred Current Criteria

  • Company Convertible Securities means, collectively, any other options, warrants or rights to subscribe for or purchase any capital shares of the Company or securities convertible into or exchangeable for, or that otherwise confer on the holder any right to acquire any capital shares of the Company.

  • Series A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately from the Closing Date and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • Series A Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.

  • Series A Preferred Shares means the Series A Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.

  • Series F Preferred Stock means the Corporation's Series F Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.004 per share.

  • Series B Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series B Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.
