Series B Special Redemption definition

Series B Special Redemption means the Corporation’s right and obligation to redeem outstanding shares of the Corporation’s 9.375% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series B Preferred Stock”) pursuant to the “Series B Special Redemption” set forth in Articles of Amendment filed with, and accepted for record by, the SDAT on or about the Amendment Effective Date and described in the Exchange Offer Registration Statement.
