Series D Units definition

Series D Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the LLC Agreement.
Series D Units means in respect of a Fund, the Series D Units of that Fund. (ee) “Series DZ Units” means in respect of a Fund, the Series DZ Units of that Fund. (ff) “Series F Units” means in respect of a Fund, the Series F Units of that Fund.
Series D Units means the preferred units, Series D, of Artis, having the attributes set forth in the certificate of preferred unit terms in respect of the Series D Units which was approved by the Trustees as of September 18, 2012;

Examples of Series D Units in a sentence

  • Furthermore, such spouse or former spouse agrees that the Company will have the option at any time to purchase all, but not less than all, of such Series D Units at Fair Market Value determined by the Company as of the date the Company elects to so purchase such Units.

  • If the spouse of the Employee fails to execute the Spousal Agreement, until such time as the Spousal Agreement is duly executed, the Employee’s economic rights associated with his or her Series D Units will be suspended and not subject to recovery.

  • Upon vesting in accordance with this Section 4, such Units shall no longer be subject to the restrictions on Unvested Series D Units (but shall remain subject to the restrictions on the Series D Units, in general) under the LLC Agreement and shall become Vested Series D Units.

More Definitions of Series D Units

Series D Units means the Series D Units of a Fund;

Series D Units means the series D trust units of the Trust, of which 2,017,723 are currently outstanding;
Series D Units means the Units of membership interest in the Company designated as Series D Units and issued to Key Employees, which shall have such rights, terms and obligations as otherwise provided in this Limited Liability Company Agreement
