Series E Distribution Payment Date definition

Series E Distribution Payment Date means, with respect to each Series E Distribution Period, the fifteenth day of January, April, July and October in each year, commencing, on July 15, 2001; provided, however, that if any Series E Distribution Payment Date falls on any day other than a business day, the distribution payment due on such Series E Distribution Payment Date shall be paid on the business day immediately following such Series E Distribution Payment Date.
Series E Distribution Payment Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.16(b)(ii)(A).
Series E Distribution Payment Date means each February 15, May 15, August 15 and November 15, commencing May 15, 2018; provided, however, that (i) if any Series E Distribution Payment Date during the Series E Fixed Rate Period would otherwise occur on a day that is not a Business Day, payment of Series E Distributions that would otherwise be payable on such date shall instead occur on the immediately succeeding Business Day as provided for in Section 16.3(a), and (ii) if any Series E Distribution Payment Date during the Series E Floating Rate Period would otherwise occur on a day that is not a Business Day, such Series E Distribution Payment Date shall instead be on the immediately succeeding Business Day.

Examples of Series E Distribution Payment Date in a sentence

  • If any Series E Distribution Payment Date otherwise would occur on a date that is not a Business Day, declared Series E Distributions shall be paid on the immediately succeeding Business Day without the accumulation of additional distributions.

  • The Partnership shall provide written notice to the Series E Unitholders, not later than the last Business Day of the month immediately following the end of such Quarter, describing in reasonable detail the Partnership’s calculation of Available Cash for such Quarter and the portion, if any, of the Series E Quarterly Distribution the Partnership will be unable to pay on the applicable Series E Distribution Payment Date.
