Series E Distribution Period definition

Series E Distribution Period means a period of time from and including the preceding Series E Distribution Payment Date (other than the initial Series E Distribution Period, which shall commence on and include the Series E Original Issue Date), to but excluding the next Series E Distribution Payment Date for such Series E Distribution Period.

  • The guaranteed payment with respect to any Series E Distribution Period shall be for the account of the holders of Series E Preferred Units as of the applicable Series E Distribution Record Date.

  • The amount of distributions payable per Series E Preferred Unit for the initial Series E Distribution Period, or any other period shorter or longer than a full Series E Distribution Period, shall be computed ratably on the basis of four 90-day quarters and a 360-day year.

  • Accumulated Series E Distributions in Arrears for any past Series E Distribution Period may be declared by the General Partner and paid on any date fixed by the General Partner, whether or not a Series E Distribution Payment Date, to Series E Holders on the Record Date for such payment, which may not be less than 10 days before such payment date.

  • Pre-Distribution Period means any Taxable period (or portion thereof) ending on or before the Distribution Date.

  • Post-Distribution Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Distribution Date and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Tax Period beginning on the day after the Distribution Date.

  • Initial Distribution Date means the date occurring as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date when distributions under the Plan shall commence.

  • Subsequent Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within thirty (30) days of the end of a calendar quarter, then the first Subsequent Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first (1st) calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.

  • Class C Final Distribution Date means the October 15, 2021 Distribution Date.

  • Assumed Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date occurring in November 2035.
