Series Fees definition

Series Fees. For any Series, as specified in the related Indenture Supplement, which shall include any amounts payable to any Derivative Counterparty, Supplemental Credit Enhancement Provider or other similar amount payable in respect of a particular Series.
Series Fees means, for the Series 2016-T2 Notes and any Payment Date or Interim Payment Date, none.
Series Fees means, for the Series 2020-VF1 Notes and any Payment Date, the sum of (i) the fees set forth in the Fee Letter and (ii) the aggregate unreimbursed fees, indemnification amounts owed to and expenses of the Administrative Agent due under the Indenture.
