Upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Issuer will make the Loan to the Borrower on the Series Issue Date in a principal amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds.
In addition, to provide funds to pay the principal of and premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds as and when due, the Borrower hereby agrees to make and shall make Loan Payments prior to the date when such principal, premium, if any, and interest is due and payable in accordance with a schedule prepared by the Bank, a copy of which shall be delivered to the Trustee on or before the Series Issue Date.
The Borrower (or its lessee) shall commence operations at the Project within three years from the Series Issue Date and shall continue such operations throughout the term of this Agreement.
