Series Issue Date definition

Series Issue Date means the date of issuance of the Initial Tranche of a Series of ETP Securities, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Series Issue Date means with respect to any series of Indebtedness issued under the Indenture, the date any notes of such series are first issued.
Series Issue Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(d) hereof.

  • Upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Issuer will make the Loan to the Borrower on the Series Issue Date in a principal amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds.
