Series of Notes definition

Series of Notes means the Notes and the Series of Notes secured by this Agreement as the same exist on the Effective Date, without giving effect to any amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes effected or made after any such Effective Date unless such amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes have been consented to in writing by Principal Life.
Series of Notes or “Series” means each series of Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and the applicable Series Supplement.
Series of Notes means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.02 hereof.

  • The Guarantor further agrees that the Guarantee of any Series of Notes hereunder shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment, or any part thereof, of principal of and premium, if any, or interest on any of the Obligations is rescinded or must otherwise be restored by any Holder upon the bankruptcy or reorganization of the Company or otherwise.

  • The Company may, with respect to any Series of Notes, reserve the right to redeem and pay the Series of Notes or may covenant to redeem and pay the Series of Notes or any part thereof prior to the Stated Maturity thereof at such time and on such terms as provided for in such Notes.

  • The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders of each Series of Notes and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section 312(a).

  • Principal, premium, if any, and interest on any Series of Notes will be considered paid on the date due if the Paying Agent, if other than the Company or a Subsidiary thereof, holds as of 11:00 a.m. New York City time on the due date money deposited by the Company in immediately available funds and designated for and sufficient to pay all principal, premium, if any, and interest then due.


More Definitions of Series of Notes

Series of Notes or “Series” means any Series of Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and a related Series Supplement, which may include within any Series multiple Classes of Notes, one or more of which may be subordinated to another Class or Classes of Notes.
