Series of Notes definition

Series of Notes means the Notes and the Series of Notes secured by this Agreement as the same exist on the Effective Date, without giving effect to any amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes effected or made after any such Effective Date unless such amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes have been consented to in writing by Principal Life.
Series of Notes or “Series” means each series of Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and the applicable Series Supplement.
Series of Notes means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.02 hereof.

Examples of Series of Notes in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Condition 4.4, no Successor Rate, Alternative Rate or Adjustment Spread will be adopted, nor will any other amendment to the terms and conditions of any Series of Notes be made to effect the Benchmark Amendments, if and to the extent that, in the determination of the Bank, the same could reasonably be expected to prejudice the treatment of any relevant Series of Subordinated Notes as Tier 2 capital.

  • The Calculation Agent is appointed, and the Calculation Agent agrees to act, as Calculation Agent in respect of each Series of Notes described in the Schedule (the Relevant Notes) for the purposes set out in clause 2 and on the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch may be appointed as Calculation Agent in respect of any Series of Notes by agreement with the Issuer.

  • Any person appointed as an Agent shall become a party to this Agreement as if originally named in it and shall act as such Agent in respect of that or those Series of Notes in respect of which, and in the capacity in which, it is appointed.

  • In relation to any Series of Notes, the Issuer and any Guarantor may at any time appoint additional Paying Agents and/or terminate the appointment of any Agent by giving to the Fiscal Agent and that Agent at least 60 days’ notice to that effect, which notice shall expire at least 30 days before or after any due date for payment in respect of the Notes of that Series.


More Definitions of Series of Notes

Series of Notes or “Series” means any Series of Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and a related Series Supplement, which may include within any Series multiple Classes of Notes, one or more of which may be subordinated to another Class or Classes of Notes.
Series of Notes means the series of Notes issued by the Trust.
Series of Notes means in respect of the Notes, each series issued on a given Issue Date.
Series of Notes or "SERIES" means Series 1996-D or any, or as the context may require, all, additional series of certificates or notes or both issued as described in paragraph 3 of the Introductory Statements hereto.
Series of Notes has the meaning set forth in the Base Indenture.
Series of Notes means each series of bonds, notes, debentures or similar instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.02 hereof.
