Series Revenue Account definition

Series Revenue Account means the Revenue Account for a Series of Bonds established in the Revenue Fund by Supplemental Indenture for such Series of Bonds.
Series Revenue Account means the account within the Revenue Fund with respect to a Series of Bonds so designated in, and created pursuant to, a Supplemental Indenture.
Series Revenue Account means, with respect to each Series of Bonds, the Revenue Account established in the Bond Fund by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.02 of this Indenture with respect to such Series of Bonds.

Examples of Series Revenue Account in a sentence

  • If, after such amounts have been withdrawn, paid and provided for as provided above, any amounts remain in the Series Revenue Account, such amounts shall be disbursed to the Issuer on written request of an Authorized Officer and applied to pay the operating and administrative costs and expenses of the Issuer.

  • After making the payments provided for in this subsection (b), the balance, if any, remaining in the Series Revenue Account shall be retained therein, or, at the written direction of an Authorized Officer to the Trustee, transferred into the Series Redemption Account.

  • To the extent that insufficient moneys are on deposit in a related Series Interest Account to pay the accrued interest portion of the purchase price of any Bonds or in a related Series Principal Account to pay the principal amount of the purchase price of any Serial Bond, the Trustee shall transfer into such Accounts from the related Series Revenue Account sufficient moneys to pay such respective amounts.

  • TheIssuer shall authorize the withdrawal, from time to time, from the Series Revenue Account of an amount sufficient to pay the fees and charges of the Trustee, Escrow Agent, Bond Registrar, and Paying Agent, when due.

  • If any property comprising a Series Project is sold, the proceeds of such sale shall be paid by the Issuer to the Trustee not later than five (5) Business Days following receipt of such proceeds by the Issuer and shall be deposited by the Trustee to the credit of the related Series Revenue Account.

Related to Series Revenue Account

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the General Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Excess Interest Distribution Account The trust account or subaccount created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(e) of this Agreement in trust for the Holders of the Excess Interest Certificates, which (subject to changes in the identities of the Certificate Administrator and/or the Trustee) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C7, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-C7, Class S – Excess Interest Distribution Account.” Any such account shall be an Eligible Account. The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall be held solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Excess Interest Certificates. The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall not be an asset of any Trust REMIC, but rather shall be an asset of the Grantor Trust.

  • Finance Charge Account is defined in Section 4.9(a).

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Debt Service Reserve Account as defined in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Excess Funds Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class C( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Capitalized Interest Account Initial Deposit means $1,733,333.78 deposited on the Closing Date.

  • Special Payments Account means the Eligible Deposit Account created pursuant to Section 2.2 as a sub-account to the Collection Account.

  • Payment Account means a segregated non-interest-bearing corporate trust account maintained by the Property Trustee for the benefit of the Holders in which all amounts paid in respect of the Notes will be held and from which the Property Trustee, through the Paying Agent, shall make payments to the Holders in accordance with Sections 3.1, 4.1 and 4.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • FF&E Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.
