Series Revenue Account definition

Series Revenue Account means the Revenue Account for a Series of Bonds established in the Revenue Fund by Supplemental Indenture for such Series of Bonds.
Series Revenue Account means the account within the Revenue Fund with respect to a Series of Bonds so designated in, and created pursuant to, a Supplemental Indenture.
Series Revenue Account means, with respect to each Series of Bonds, the Revenue Account established in the Bond Fund by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.02 of this Indenture with respect to such Series of Bonds.

Examples of Series Revenue Account in a sentence

  • Investments in all funds and accounts may be commingled for purposes of making investments, and all gains or losses shall be allocated pro rata.All interest and other profit derived from such investments (unless otherwise provided in the section of the General Indenture creating the respective fund) will be deposited when received in the applicable Series Revenue Account.

  • For each Series of Bonds, the Trustee will establish a Series Revenue Account within the Revenue Fund and therein a Series Restricted Principal Receipts Subaccount, a Series Unrestricted Principal Receipts Subaccount, a Series Taxable Principal Receipts Subaccount and a Series General Receipts Subaccount.

  • Amounts may be deposited in the Series Recycling Subaccount and the Series Special Acquisition Subaccount from the related Series Revenue Account as described below under the subheadings “Series Restricted Principal Receipts Subaccount” and “Series Unrestricted Principal Receipts Subaccount,” but only if allowed under then-current Acquisition and Operating Policy.

  • Amounts may be deposited in the Series Recycling Subaccount and the Series Special Acquisition Subaccount from the related Series Revenue Account as described below under the subheadings “Series Restricted Principal Receipts Subaccount” and “Series Unrestricted Principal Receipts Subaccount,” but only if allowed under the Acquisition and Operating Policy.

  • Any stationary appliance connected permanently in the bath room shall be controlled by an isolator switch or circuit breaker having outlets at such location where water / moisture does not effect.

  • After making the payments provided for in this subsection (b), the balance, if any, remaining in the Series Revenue Account shall be retained therein, or, at the written direction of an Authorized Officer to the Trustee, transferred into the Series Redemption Account.

  • The Issuer hereby covenants and agrees to immediately deposit with the Escrow Agent upon receipt of all such Pledged Revenues (except Prepayments), when received, into the related Series Revenue Account and to immediately deposit all Prepayments, when received, into the related Series Redemption Account, unless otherwise provided for in the Supplemental Indenture relating to a Series of Bonds.

  • If, after such amounts have been withdrawn, paid and provided for as provided above, any amounts remain in the Series Revenue Account, such amounts shall be disbursed to the Issuer on written request of an Authorized Officer and applied to pay the operating and administrative costs and expenses of the Issuer.

  • The District shall authorize the withdrawal, from time to time, from the Series Revenue Account an amount sufficient to pay the fees and charges of the Trustee, Bond Registrar, and Paying Agent, when due.

  • After making the payments provided for in this subsection (b), the balance, if any, remaining in the Series Revenue Account shall be retained therein or, at the written direction of an Authorized Officer to the Trustee, transferred into the Series Prepayment Subaccount of the Series Redemption Account.

Related to Series Revenue Account

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Finance Charge Account is defined in Section 4.9(a).

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Debt Service Reserve Account shall have the meaning given to it in the Depository Agreement.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Excess Funds Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Special Payments Account Means, with respect to the Class A Certificates, the account or accounts created and maintained for such series pursuant to Section 4.01(b) of the Basic Agreement (as modified by Section 7.01(c) of this Trust Supplement) and this Trust Supplement.

  • Payment Account means a segregated non-interest-bearing corporate trust account maintained by the Property Trustee with the Bank in its trust department for the benefit of the Securityholders in which all amounts paid in respect of the Debentures shall be held and from which the Property Trustee shall make payments to the Securityholders in accordance with Sections 401 and 402.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • FF&E Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.
