Serious sex offense definition

Serious sex offense means any of the following:
Serious sex offense means a violation of s. 940.225 (1) or (2), 948.02 (1) or (2), 948.025, 948.06, or 948.07 or a solicita- tion, conspiracy, or attempt to commit a violation of s. 940.225 (1) or (2), 948.02 (1) or (2), 948.025, 948.06, 948.07, or 948.085.
Serious sex offense means a criminal offense as defined in Iowa Code section 903B.1(4).
