  • If the Recipient requests that the Provider perform or cause to be performed any Service that exceeds the Level of Service during the Service Baseline Period, then the Parties shall cooperate and act in good faith to determine whether the Provider will be required to provide such requested higher Level of Service.

Related to Service Baseline Period

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.
