Service credit year" means an accumulation of months of service credit which is equal to one when divided by twelve.

For example, the collective agreement year for a collective agreement that commences on April 1, 2014 is April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015 and each period from April 1 to March 31 for the term of the collective agreement.
