Service Change Order definition

Service Change Order means a direction in the form of a service change order to make a change to Services.
Service Change Order means a request to change the scope of the current Agreement to be covered by Operations Service as detailed in this Agreement.
Service Change Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

Examples of Service Change Order in a sentence

  • In the event Flextronics has created a Service Change Order (“SCO”), Nortel Networks shall provide an acknowledgement in writing within ten (10) Business Days as to whether Flextronics is required to prepare and provide Nortel Networks with a SCO Form.

  • In the event that both parties agree on the provision of additional services, a Service Change Order, (as attached as Exhibit III-B) will be completed.

  • Appiant and Client may submit a written Service Change Order to initiate a change to the service deliverables that are not within the scope as defined in the relevant SOW.

  • All Service Change Orders and Service Change Requests shall have the following initial key content: date of Change request; unique number of Change request; Service to which Change request relates (or generic request); type of request (Service Change Order or Service Change Request); objectives of Change request; description of Change request; and suggested named persons from the Vendor and the Judicial Council who will be responsible for the evaluation of the Change.

  • In the event the Parties agree on a Service Change Order, the Parties will seek to mutually agree on a change order identifying the impact and setting forth any applicable adjustments in the Statement of Work and/or payments to Vendor, including the payment schedule, pricing and criteria for Acceptance of Designated Services and corresponding Deliverables.
