Work Order definition

Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
Work Order means a letter from the Authority conveying the acceptance of the tender/offer subject to such reservations as may have been stated therein.

  • A Work Order Amendment shall mean a written amendment to the Work Order, executed by the CONSULTANT and the CITY, issued after execution of a Work Order, authorizing and directing a change in the Scope of Services or an adjustment in the Contract Price or the Contract Time, or any combination thereof.

  • Notwithstanding any conflict of laws, this Agreement and any subsequent Work Order shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.


More Definitions of Work Order

Work Order means the order placed by the ICSI to the vendor signed by the authorized officer of ICSI including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. Work order along with the Letter of Intent if any and tender documents and the agreement constitutes the contract.
