Service Charge Account definition

Service Charge Account means, in relation to any Service, the account with AmBank designated by Customer as the account out of which payments will be made in respect of AmBank’s charges for the provision of the Service.
Service Charge Account means an account established by the Management Company solely for the collection of Service Charge;
Service Charge Account means the account with the Bank, or a third party designated by the Customer, as the account out of which payments will be made in respect of the Bank’s charges for the provision of the Services.
