Service Provider Systems definition

Service Provider Systems means the systems owned or operated by the Service Provider in providing any Services hereunder, including all hardware, software and methods utilized in the operation and provision of Service Provider Systems, all Intellectual Property Rights of the Service Provider, all ancillary programs and documentation utilized in the provisioning of any Services, and all modifications thereto.
Service Provider Systems means, with respect to each Service, the systems, databases, software owned or controlled by the Service Provider or any of its Affiliates that is required for the Receiving Party’s use of the Services.
Service Provider Systems means any computer, computer network, computer application, imaging device, storage device or media, mobile computing device, or any other information technology, hardware or software, owned, leased or controlled by Service Provider or operated by a third party for or on behalf of Service Provider that uses, creates, stores, accesses, processes or transmits Information, or that is connected to or otherwise interacts with Customer Systems.

More Definitions of Service Provider Systems

Service Provider Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
