Service ratings definition

Service ratings means the evaluation of the efficiency and general worth of employees in positions subject to the provisions of KRS 90.110 to 90.230 as determined by the appointing authority.

Examples of Service ratings in a sentence

  • Service ratings issued during a working test period are not subject to the grievance or arbitration procedure.

  • Service ratings may be issued: (1) during any Working Test Period, (2) when the employer wishes to amend a previously submitted less than good rating due to marked improvement, (3) and at such other times as the appointing authority deems that the quality of service of an employee should be recorded.

  • Service ratings during the initial working test period are not grievable or arbitrable.

  • Service ratings shall be filed by the appointing authority in compliance with Regulation 5-237-1 on the form found in Appendix A of this Agreement.

  • Service ratings shall not contain comments which are inconsistent with the rating.

  • The Storage Customer shall submit to the SSO the original of an irrevocable and unconditional Bank Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as the ”BG”) issued by the bank with minimum credit rating A- (as rated by ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Investors Service ratings or Standard & Poor's Corporation ratings or an equivalent rating by another reputable international rating agency) in favor of the SSO to secure all obligations arising from this Agreement.

  • Service ratings shall not be used solely for purposes of discipline.

  • M▇▇▇▇’▇ Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

  • Moody’s means ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto.
