Service ratings issued during a working test period are not subject to the grievance or arbitration procedure.
Service ratings may be issued: (1) during any Working Test Period, (2) when the employer wishes to amend a previously submitted less than good rating due to marked improvement, (3) and at such other times as the appointing authority deems that the quality of service of an employee should be recorded.
Service ratings during the initial working test period are not grievable or arbitrable.
