service rooms means rooms and covered spaces meant primarily for purposes other than human habitation such as for the purpose of using it for parking, air-conditioning plant room or room for the other machines used for any building service or for other purposes such as space for a stand-by generator for power supply, storage space for household or other goods of non-inflammable nature, strong room or bank celler, and dark room;
