• Oracle updates to the Services or Service Specifications will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Services during the Services Period of Your order.

Services Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier to occur of: (a) the date of expiration of the Concession Period; and (b) the Termination Date.
