Servicing Payments definition

Servicing Payments means all base servicing fee compensation received by NMAC for its servicing of receivables owned by the Nissan Auto Receivables 2000-A Owner Trust.
Servicing Payments means any and all cash flows payable as servicing or operations and maintenance (or similar) fees and administrative service (or similar) fees under the Servicing Agreements on or after July 1, 2017.
Servicing Payments means P&I Payments, T&I Payments, and Foreclosure Payments.

Related to Servicing Payments

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.
