Servicing Fee definition

Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Fee. As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, one month's interest at the applicable Servicing Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan, or, whenever a payment of interest accompanies a Principal Prepayment in Full made by the Mortgagor, interest at the Servicing Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan for the period covered by the payment of interest, subject to reduction as provided in Section 3.15.
Servicing Fee means the fee of the Master Servicer pursuant to the terms of the Servicing Agreement, which will generally be calculated as the product of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the date of determination.

More Definitions of Servicing Fee

Servicing Fee. With respect to any Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, the fee payable monthly to the Master Servicer in respect of master servicing compensation that accrues at an annual rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "MSTR SERV FEE" for such Mortgage Loan, as may be adjusted with respect to successor Master Servicers as provided in Section 7.02.
Servicing Fee. As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.
