Examples of Servicing Fee in a sentence
The Backup Servicer will not make any changes to the Backup Servicing Fee without the prior written approval of the Deal Agent.
The Servicing Fee for each Collection Period shall be equal to 1/12th of 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the first day of such Collection Period; provided that with respect to any Successor Servicer hereunder, the Servicing Fee for each Collection Period shall be equal to the greater of (a) 1/12th of 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the first day of such Collection Period, (b) $8.50 per Contract in the Trust Estate as of the first day of such Collection Period and (c) $5,000.
The Servicer shall be required to pay such expenses for its own account and shall not be entitled to any payment therefor other than the Servicing Fee.
The Backup Servicer’s entitlement to receive the Backup Servicing Fee shall cease on the earliest to occur of: (i) it becoming the Successor Servicer; (ii) its resignation or removal as Backup Servicer pursuant to the terms of the Backup Servicing Agreement; or (iii) the termination of this Agreement or the Backup Servicing Agreement.
In the event that a Successor Servicer has not been appointed at the time when the predecessor Servicer has ceased to act as Servicer in accordance with this Section, the Indenture Trustee without further action shall automatically be appointed the Successor Servicer and shall be entitled to the Servicing Fee.
