Servicing-Retained Bid definition

Servicing-Retained Bid. As defined in Section 7.01(c).

Examples of Servicing-Retained Bid in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall direct the Successful Bidder to enter into this Agreement as successor Master Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof (and, if the successful bid was a Servicing-Retained Bid, to enter into a Sub-Servicing Agreement with the terminated Master Servicer as contemplated above) no later than 45 days after the receipt of notice of termination by the terminated Master Servicer.

  • The Trustee shall select the Qualified Bidder with the highest cash Servicing-Retained Bid (or, if none, the highest cash Servicing Released Bid) (the "Successful Bidder") to act as successor Master Servicer hereunder.

  • Servicing-Released Bid As defined in Section 7.01(c).

  • Servicing Transfer Event means any of the events specified in the Servicing Agreement, whereby the servicing of the Mortgage Loan is required to be transferred to the Special Servicer from the Master Servicer.

  • Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.
