Settlement Interval has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
interval meter means a meter that measures and records electricity use on an hourly or sub-hourly basis;
Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;
Assessment Date means the tax assessment effective date for each tax year in question,i.e. December 31 of the immediately preceding calendar year.
Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

Billing cycle or billing period means the period for which regular electricity bills as specified by the Commission, are prepared for different categories of consumers by the licensee;
Operating Day means the daily 24 hour period beginning at midnight for which transactions on the PJM Interchange Energy Market are scheduled.
Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.
Assessment area means an area, or, if more than one area is designated, the
Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;
assessment period means such period as is prescribed in sections 19 to 21 over which income falls to be calculated;
Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
Post-Closing Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) beginning after the Closing Date.
Metering Date for a Billing Period, means the midnight of the last Day of the calendar month.
Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.
Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.
Dividend Date means a date specified in the Issue Resolution on which a dividend in respect of that preference share is payable.
Target Operating Day any day that is not (a) a Saturday or Sunday, (b) Christmas Day or New Year’s Day or (c) any other day on which the Trans-European Real-time Gross Settlement Operating System (or any successor settlement system) is not operating (as determined by the Administrative Agent).
Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.
open of business means 9:00 a.m. (New York City time).
INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.
Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.
