The Manager will pay out of its fees (and not out of the assets of the Fund) the fees and expenses (where appropriate) of the Investment Manager, the Administrator, the Depositary, the Directors and the ordinary fees, expenses and costs incurred by the Fund that include Setting Up Costs and Other Administrative Expenses as described in the Prospectus.
