Settlement Percentage definition

Settlement Percentage means the respective Pro Rata percentage for Holders of Allowed Prepetition Lenders Deficiency Claims and Allowed General Unsecured Claims (other than the Allowed Prepetition Lenders Deficiency Claims) on account of any Distribution of the General Unsecured Creditors Recovery Fund Assets, which shall be: (i) thirty (30) percent to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Prepetition Secured Parties, on account of the Allowed Prepetition Lenders Deficiency Claims and (ii) seventy (70) percent to the Holders of Allowed General Unsecured Claims (other than the Allowed Prepetition Lenders Deficiency Claims).
Settlement Percentage means 12.5%.
Settlement Percentage means the percentage equaling the ratio of (a) $4,000,000 to (b) 50.78% of the Public Note Percentage of the Cash in the Unsecured Claims Trust Account.
