Sewage Disposal Services definition

Sewage Disposal Services means transporting Sewage from the Delivery Point, treatment and ultimate disposal.
Sewage Disposal Services means the collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of sanitary sewage.

  • Solid Waste Disposal Facility means any facility involved in the disposal of solid waste, as defined in NCGS 130A-290(a)(35).
