Sewage Disposal Services means the collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of sanitary sewage.

The obligations of the Operating District to supply Sewage Disposal Services are subject to all present and future regulatory requirements, and the parties agree to cooperate reasonably to make such applications and to take such action as may be reasonably necessary to obtain compliance therewith.
