Sewer Services definition

Sewer Services means the removal of Wastewater by the County from a Customer’s Property and associated services offered to the Customer under this Bylaw;

Sewer Services or "sewer facilities" means treatment works as defined by Section 17.001 of this code or individual, on-site, or cluster treatment systems such as septic tanks and includes drainage facilities and other improvements for proper functioning of septic tank systems.

Sewer Services means wastewater pipes which connect premises to the Town’s wastewater collection system

Sewer Services means any services provided by the City related to the

Sewer Services means any services provided by the City related to the connection of premises to the City's public sewage works or public drainage system and the discharge of substances into either of those systems;
