Sewer Services or "sewer facilities" means treatment works as defined by Section 17.001 of this code or individual, on-site, or cluster treatment systems such as septic tanks and includes drainage facilities and other improvements for proper functioning of septic tank systems.

Sewer Services means any services provided by the City related to the

Sewer Services has the meaning set out in Schedule D [Sewer Services]; (bbb) “Tax Supported Municipal Services” means the Municipal Services listed as such in Schedule B [Tax Supported Municipal Services];

Sewer Services means all aspects of service to applicants and owners supplied pursuant to the Sanitary Sewer Bylaw through the Sewage Works System.
