Sewer Use Regulations definition

Sewer Use Regulations means the latest edition of the Partnership regulations which shall be developed and adopted prior to the treatment plant being operational. Each Member Town must adopt, by or upon the Effective Date, as a minimum, the Sewer Use Regulations in use by the Partnership. Definitions of terms within that document shall be interpreted in accordance with EPA and/or MassDEP Regulations.
Sewer Use Regulations means the latest edition of the Partnership regulations which shall be developed and adopted prior to the treatment plant being operational. Each Member Town must adopt within 120 days of the Effective Date of the Partnership regulations, as a minimum, the Sewer Use Regulations in use by the Partnership. Definitions of terms within that document shall be interpreted in accordance with EPA and/or MassDEP Regulations.
