Sewerage service area definition

Sewerage service area means the area of the district and the area for which service is provided by contract under s. 200.39.
Sewerage service area means the geographic area described in the Wastewater Engineering and Facilities Plan approved by the Washington State Department of Ecology as required by WAC Chapter 173-240.
Sewerage service area the geographical areas within the Area of Activity in relation to which the Beneficiary provides Sewerage Services in accordance with this Agreement and Law 2744/1999 (GG A, 222).

"Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.
