Sewershed definition

Sewershed means the area drained by a particular network of sewers;

Sewershed means, for the purposes of this permit, all the land area that is drained by a network of municipal storm sewer system conveyances to a single point of discharge to a water of the United States

Sewershed means a delineation of the land area contributing stormwater and/or wastewater to a single downstream point within the Conveyance System.

• When other properties within the Sewershed are developed, MSD may charge customers located within that determined Sewershed, or other customers permitted by MSD to use such Facilities, Recapture Fees on behalf of the Developers in order to recapture the cost expended by the Developers in constructing such Facilities.

Sewershed means a section of the City=s system that is a distinct drainage or wastewater collection area, and which is designated as such by the City.
