Landscape waste definition

Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.
Landscape waste means all accumulations of grass or shrubbery cuttings, leaves, tree limbs, aquatic weeds, and other material accumulated as the result of the care of lawns, shrubbery, vines and trees, and as otherwise described at 415 ILCS 5/3.270.

  • All Landscape Waste collected pursuant to this Section 4.2 shall be transported and disposed of in accordance with Section 4.6 of this Agreement.
