SFAS No. 115 requires the use of fair value accounting for securities available for sale or trading and retains the use of the amortized cost method for investments the Company has the positive intent and ability to hold to maturity.
Such list sets forth, with respect to each such Investment Security: (i) the issuer thereof; (ii) the outstanding balance or number of shares; (iii) the maturity, if applicable; (iv) the title of issue; and (v) the classification under SFAS No. 115.
For accounting purposes, all investments shall be deemed to be in the "Available-for-sale" category, as defined under Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS) No. 115, "Accounting for Certain Investments in Debt and Equity Securities."
