Share Option Price definition

Share Option Price means the price at which Shares subject to this Plan can be purchased as determined by the Board in accordance with the Plan;
Share Option Price means any of the PA Share Option Price and the CI Share Option Price.

  • The per Share Option Price of the Shares covered by the Option is indicated in the Grant Notice, subject to the adjustments as set forth in Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Option Price means the price at which a Share may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option.

  • Exercise Price means the initial exercise price or the adjusted exercise price, depending on the context.

  • Share Appreciation Right means the right pursuant to an Award granted under Section 8 below to receive an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Fair Market Value, as of the date such Award or portion thereof is surrendered, of the Shares covered by such Award or such portion thereof, over (ii) the aggregate Exercise Price of such Award or such portion thereof.

  • Option Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 9.36(b) hereof.
