Share Ownership Percentage definition

Share Ownership Percentage means, with respect to Investor or a Designated Assignee, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the number of Fully Diluted Common Shares represented by the Share Equivalents beneficially owned by Investor and its Affiliates or the Designated Assignee and its Affiliates (as the case may be), in the aggregate, as of the date of calculation, by (y) the Share Denominator as of the date of calculation.
Share Ownership Percentage means, as of any applicable date hereunder, and with respect to any Person, a percentage equal to the quotient of:
Share Ownership Percentage means with respect to any Holder(s) as of any time, a fraction (a) whose numerator is the aggregate number of Registrable Securities owned (or beneficially owned) by such Holder(s) as of such time; and (b) whose denominator is the aggregate number of Registrable Securities that are then outstanding (or deemed outstanding on an as-converted basis) and held by all Holders under this Agreement.
