Cash Percentage definition

Cash Percentage shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iii).

Cash Percentage means the quotient of (i) the Cash Consideration divided by (ii) the Deemed Value of Merger Consideration.

Cash Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 9.18(b).
