Share Payment Price definition

Share Payment Price means the VWAP for the trading day that is two (2) Business Days immediately prior to the applicable Interest Payment Date;
Share Payment Price means the closing price per share of common shares of Amcast, without par value, traded on The New York Stock Exchange, Inc. on the date prior to any sale or delivery of Escrowed Amcast Shares pursuant to this Agreement.

Share Payment Price means the average closing price per share of Common Stock of the Borrower for the twenty (20) trading days prior to (and not including) the Share Payment Date.

  • Share Payment means (a) a payment in the form of Shares, or (b) an option or other right to purchase Shares, as part of any bonus, deferred compensation or other arrangement, made in lieu of all or any portion of the compensation, granted pursuant to Article 8.

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

  • Agreement Price shall be the higher of (a) the fair market value of the Shares to be purchased determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company and (b) the original exercise price of the Shares to be purchased.

  • Repayment Price means, when used with respect to any Security to be repaid at the option of the Holder, the price at which it is to be repaid by or pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Cash Amount means an amount of cash equal to the product of (i) the Value of a REIT Share and (ii) the REIT Shares Amount determined as of the applicable Valuation Date.
