Share Purchasers definition

Share Purchasers means the members of the Purchaser Group set out in column 3 of Part A of Schedule 1 and/or any member of the Purchaser Group established as a Designated Purchaser of any Shares pursuant to a Supplemental Agency Agreement, and Share Purchaser means any one of them;

Share Purchasers means all such persons and companies;

Share Purchasers means the members of the Purchaser’s Group notified by the Purchaser to the Seller in accordance with Clause 2.10, and “Share Purchaser” means any one of them;

• This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by an instrument in writing signed by a Majority of the Preference Share Purchasers and the party against whom the enforcement of such amendment or modification is sought.

More Definitions of Share Purchasers

Share Purchasers means, individually or collectively, Abbott and the Affiliates of Abbott that are identified on Schedule 1.01(d) attached hereto.

Share Purchasers means Corn Products Netherlands S.a.r.l. of Luxembourg, the purchaser of the Shares, and Corn Products International, Inc., the purchaser of the US Interests, or in each case such other members of Purchaser’s Group nominated in accordance with Clause 2.3.1, and

Share Purchasers means each of the companies listed in Schedule 1 as a purchaser of shares in the capital of one or more of the Companies;

Share Purchasers means, individually or collectively, Abbott and the Affiliates of Abbott that are identified on Schedule 1.01(d) attached

Share Purchasers means the members of the Purchaser’s Group set forth in Schedule 22 (Shares) and Share Purchaser means any one of them or the relevant one of them, as the context requires; Share Sellers means the members of the Seller’s Group set forth in Schedule 22 (Shares) and Share Seller means any one of them or the relevant one of them, as the context requires; Shares has the meaning set out in Recital (A) of this Agreement;
