Examples of Shareholders Deed in a sentence
This agreement and the Shareholders Deed is the entire agreement between the parties about its subject matter and replaces all previous agreements, understandings, representations and warranties about that subject matter.
Dispute resolution Any dispute or difference arising between the parties in relation to: this agreement or its interpretation; any right or liability of any party under this agreement; or the performance of any action by any party under or arising out of this agreement, whether before or after its termination, must be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process set out in clause [##] of the Shareholders Deed.
Accordingly, the Joint Venture Arrangement and the transactions contemplated under the Shareholders Deed will constitute connected transactions of the Company.
Unless the context otherwise requires, terms which are defined in the Shareholders Deed shall have the same meaning when used in this Deed of Adherence.
