• All notices, requests and other communications shall be made in accordance with the Shareholders Deed and these Articles, as applicable, and not in violation of the Shareholders Deed and these Articles.

• Subject to the provisions of the Statute, the Articles (including Article 50) and the Shareholders Deed, the redemption of such Shares shall be effected in such manner and upon such other terms as the Company may, by Special Resolution, determine before the issue of the Shares.

More Definitions of Shareholders Deed

Shareholders Deed means the amended and restated shareholders deed of the Company to be entered into by and among the parties named therein at Closing, in the form attached as Exhibit A.
